Service Description
APN automates university applications, reducing manual strain so students can focus on studies.
Payment and Plans
- Basic Plan: 599 ZAR – 5 universities, core portal, standard tracking dashboard.
- Standard Plan: 1,499 ZAR – 15 universities, everything in Basic plus advanced AI matching support and standard guidance.
- Premium Plan: 3,999 ZAR – 26 universities, real-time AI administration help, full document audit, and premium guidance.
Rules:
One-time payment per plan. Only one account per user. Single application submission per plan. Upgrading requires new payment for additional universities.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Do not share accounts
- One account per ID
Enforcement:
Violations (including multiple accounts, fraudulent submissions, collusion with others) result in permanent ban. APN may request ID verification for account recovery or disputes.
Admin Access & Support
Admin panel allows APN staff to:
- Monitor live automation streams
- Review inquiries and support tickets
- Recover deleted accounts within 30 days
- Update account info (name, email, plan tier) if required for support
Admin access is only for support and operational purposes.
Fraud & Account Security
- Multiple accounts per ID prohibited
- Collusion or fraudulent activity (with family or others) strictly prohibited
- Any fraud leads to permanent ban and potential reporting to authorities
- Students may only submit applications once per plan
Limitations of Liability
- APN does not guarantee university admission
- Recommendations are suggestions, not 100% guaranteed
- APN not responsible for delays or rejections by universities
Governing Law
South African law governs APN services.
Modifications
APN may update these terms; continued use indicates acceptance.
